FANTASY HAIR SHOWCASE Guidelines
STYLISTS:
· Each stylist must register models before Sep 1st.
· Stylist must be “Licensed” in the State of Illinois
· Must sign the photo/video waiver
· Stylists must provide their own model and provide the name of the models for the guest list
