Products: Refund may be requested within 7 days of delivery for an unopened product that is unused.
Classes: Refund may only be requested for online classes that have not been started (no portion of the class may have been viewed, downloaded or taken). For in-person classes, we use our discretion to determine if a refund may be given. Some classes require cancellation 24-48 hours in advance. Other classes that require pre-planning, travel or supplies may not qualify for refunds.
Salon Services: Absolutely no refund once service has been rendered, client has been checked out and client leaves the salon.
