Store products: Refund may be requested for unopened and unused products. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost or fees associated with refunds (ie. Paypal charges a small fee to refund money).
Classes: Refund may only be requested for online classes that have not been started. No portion of the class may have been viewed, downloaded or taken. For in-person classes, we use our discretion to determine if a refund may be given. Some classes require cancellation 24-48 hours in advance. Other classes that require pre-planning, travel or supplies may not qualify for refunds.
Salon Services: Absolutely no refunds once service has started.
